Cost: 1,790 CHF per tooth, including all scans, photos, anaesthesia, x-rays and necessary laboratory work.

Composite veneers

Composite veneers are a popular, cheaper option that offers a wonderful aesthetic. Unlike porcelain, composite veneers often don't require teeth reduction, making them a more conservative choice. They can be made using the injection molding technique with G-ænial® Universal Injectable or freehand application, depending on the case and objectives. Composite veneers generally require more maintenance than porcelain, last about 4-7 years with good care, and are ideal for patients looking for quick and effective smile enhancement.

Cost: 790 CHF per tooth, with optional Vivera retainers at 890 CHF to protect and maintain results.

Maintenance and longevity

Both types of veneers require regular dental checks to maintain their appearance. Composite veneers may require occasional polishing to maintain their luster, typically once a year, while porcelain veneers usually maintain their luster with minimal maintenance. Alpine Smiles offers a 1-year warranty on the composite and a 2-year warranty on porcelain veneers, provided that patients maintain good oral hygiene and undergo annual checks.
